AKIN WORLDWIDE X HYCIDE XPANSE - ARTIST RESIDENCY

Over the past month, HYCIDE XPANSE has had the pleasure of collaborating with @akinworldwide in hosting @ubastisanctuary for her residency. Catherine has brought her warmth and positive energy to XPANSE along her journey of creating “an intentional space for those of us who haven’t always felt seen in traditional yoga settings.”

She guides people to “move gently, using the support of a chair so there’s no need to get on the floor. Each class weaves in the practice of santosha, the yogic principle of acceptance, reminding us that we don’t have to change a thing to be worthy of rest, healing, or peace.”

As her residency comes to a close at HYCIDE XPANSE, we want to thank Catherine for the energy she has brought to the space and extend a special thank you to Akin for facilitating this valuable collaboration.
